Event Enquiry Form

ARTÈFORM is a private venue hire space and does not sell or supply alcohol. Alcohol may be brought onsite for private events as BYO. Where alcohol is present and/or external service providers are engaged (such as catering, bartenders, food trucks, hire teams or third-party suppliers), an Event Operations & Third-Party Vendor Management Fee may apply to support safe venue operation, waste management, increased cleaning load, event reset, and compliance oversight. Large-scale productions, higher-capacity bookings, and ticketed events are assessed separately.
