ARTÈFORM – Terms & Conditions
By booking ARTÈFORM, you agree to the following:
- Full payment is required to secure your booking.
- Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received.
- Rates are non-negotiable and subject to change without notice.
Cancellations
- Cancellations made more than 30 days out receive a full refund.
- Cancellations within 14–30 days receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations under 14 days are non-refundable.
- Reschedules require 14 days' notice and are subject to availability.
Studio Use
- Treat the space with respect — leave it clean and as you found it.
- No smoking, glitter, confetti, flames, or illegal activity permitted.
- You are liable for any damage caused during your hire.
- Overstaying your booked time may incur overtime charges.
Content & Promotions
- By using the space, you give ARTÈFORM permission to repost content captured onsite (with credit).
- Clients may bring in signage and props but must not cause damage to surfaces.
Liability
- ARTÈFORM is not liable for injury, theft, or damage to your equipment, staff, or guests.
- We recommend you have your own public liability insurance for commercial shoots or large events.
General
- ARTÈFORM reserves the right to cancel or refuse any booking at our discretion.
- Bookings acceptance of all terms listed above.
