Terms & Conditions
ARTÈFORM Last updated: June 2026

By booking ARTÈFORM, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before confirming your booking.

Bookings & Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Your date and time will not be held until the deposit has been received.

  • While your date is held pending deposit, ARTÈFORM may decline other enquiries for that slot. For this reason, the deposit is non-refundable once paid.

  • Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit payment has been received and acknowledged by ARTÈFORM.

  • The remaining balance is due as outlined at the time of booking confirmation, and is only payable if the event or session is proceeding as booked and confirmed.

  • All rates are in AUD and are non-negotiable. Prices are subject to change without notice, however any quoted price confirmed at the time of booking will be honoured.
     

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances. Once paid, the deposit secures your booking date and time and compensates ARTÈFORM for holding that slot.

  • If you cancel your booking, the deposit will be forfeited in full.

  • The remaining balance will not be payable if the booking is cancelled before the event or session takes place.

  • Cancellations made 14–30 days before the booking date will receive a 50% refund of any balance paid beyond the deposit.

  • Cancellations made under 14 days before the booking date are non-refundable in full.

  • Cancellations must be communicated to ARTÈFORM in writing (email is acceptable) as soon as possible.
     

Rescheduling

  • If you need to move your booking to a different date or time, please get in touch as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you, subject to availability.

  • Reschedules require a minimum of 14 days' notice and are subject to availability.

  • Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is at the discretion of ARTÈFORM.

  • Where a date change is agreed, your deposit will be transferred to the new booking date.

  • Rescheduling does not entitle you to a refund of any amounts already paid.
     

Venue Use

  • Treat the space with respect — leave it clean and as you found it.

  • No smoking, glitter, confetti, open flames, or illegal activity is permitted on the premises.

  • Clients and their guests must behave in a lawful and respectful manner at all times.

  • You are responsible for the conduct of all guests, crew, and participants during your hire period.

  • You are liable for the cost of any damage caused to the venue, equipment, or property during your hire.

  • Overstaying your booked time may incur overtime charges at ARTÈFORM's standard hourly rate.

  • ARTÈFORM reserves the right to end a booking early if these conditions are not met, without refund.
     

Props, Signage & Alterations

  • Clients may bring in signage and props but must not cause damage to surfaces, walls, floors, or fixtures.

  • Nothing is to be nailed, drilled, or permanently affixed to any surface without prior written approval.

  • Any alterations to the space must be approved by ARTÈFORM in advance.
     

Content & Promotions

  • By using the space, you give ARTÈFORM permission to repost content captured onsite, with credit given where possible.

  • If you do not wish for your content to be shared, please notify ARTÈFORM in writing before your booking date.

  • Clients retain ownership of their own creative work produced during the hire period.
     

Liability

  • ARTÈFORM is not liable for any injury, loss, theft, or damage to your equipment, props, staff, guests, or any third party during your hire period.

  • Clients enter and use the premises entirely at their own risk.

  • We strongly recommend that clients hold their own public liability insurance, particularly for commercial shoots, large events, or gatherings.

  • ARTÈFORM's liability for any claim is limited to the total amount paid for the relevant booking.
     

Force Majeure
In the event that ARTÈFORM is unable to fulfil a booking due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to illness, extreme weather, emergencies, or events beyond reasonable control), we will make every effort to offer an alternative date. If an alternative cannot be arranged, any payments beyond the deposit may be refunded at ARTÈFORM's discretion.

General

  • ARTÈFORM reserves the right to cancel or refuse any booking at our discretion. In such cases, all payments made will be refunded in full.

  • ARTÈFORM reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in effect at the time of your booking confirmation will apply.

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
